GLYS Family Fun Fest

GLYS youth and their families joined our staff and other members of the community for a Family Fun Fest in August. Families with youth of all ages were able to come together on a sunny Summer day while maintaining social distance and practicing caution in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Staff and families tie-dyed masks, sang karaoke, and played yard games while members from other community organizations shared about their work and services at our new shared program space. We were able to reach our families in-person after the majority of our programs moved online during 2020, and we're looking forward to hosting a Fall Fun Fest later this year!
