Probably one of the most important things that's drawn me to this field and working with children with disabilities is the power of applied behavior analysis to make very significant changes in their lives. We have children who learn their first words because of ABA services.
We have children who can go into the community with their families for the first time because of ABA services. We have children who make friends for the first time because of the services that they've received. I think, on a daily basis, I get to see the power and the impact that we're able to have in these kids lives and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
