Solidarity Center: Largest US-Based Global Worker Rights Organization

The Solidarity Center is the largest US based international worker rights organization empowering workers to raise their voice for dignity on the job, justice in their communities and greater equality in the global economy. Thousands of Bangladesh garment workers are safer at work and have taken part at the Solidarity Center’s Fire and Safety and Organizing training. Children attend school at the firestone rubber plantation in Liberia instead of harvesting latex because with the help of the Solidarity Center their parents’ union negotiated work quotas that adults could work without their children’s assistance. Today, hundreds of thousands of individuals are supporting their families improving their workplaces and conditions and pushing back against exploitation in supply chains because the Solidarity Center has stood with them.
