Hello. My name is MaryBeth Goodman, and I am the Director of the Cohen Clinic at Alaska Behavioral Health.

We provide accessible, high-quality mental health care to Alaska’s post-9/11 veterans, service members & their families.

But just how are we making an impact on our clients and community? Let me share a quote here from one of our clients…

“The Cohen Clinic has changed my life. I feel like a whole new person and every day feels easier.”

That sentiment is particularly meaningful to our team because many of us are veterans or military family members ourselves. Perhaps that’s significant to you too - considering
that 31% of federal employees are military veterans. That’s a third of your colleagues who chose to wear the uniform and serve a purpose greater than themselves.

Hello. My name is MaryBeth Goodman, and I’m the Director of the Cohen Clinic at Alaska Behavioral Health.
To create the Cohen Clinic, we teamed up with Alaska Behavioral Health, Alaska’s largest provider of community-based behavioral healthcare services.
We provide accessible, high-quality mental health care to Alaska post-9/11 veterans, service members & their families.
Many of our therapists are veterans or military family members themselves, and all have received specialized training in military cultural competence.
If you wore the uniform for one day, you are eligible for our care – no questions asked.
Our targeted, outpatient treatments are centered on therapy and counseling options that are proven to work.
Our Cohen Clinic is part of Cohen Veterans Network, a nonprofit national network of veteran/military family mental health clinics.
Your gift will make our client-centered therapy possible for veterans, service members & their families across the state of Alaska.
Thank you for your generosity.
